The library functions as an information service center for INTEC Education College. The library was established in 1982 to assist students and staff in their studies and researches by providing information and library materials, services and facilities which support their academic needs. It is located at the center of the INTEC's Campus. The building has 4 levels with 5,744 sq.ft. and it may fit 800 users.

The aim is to be recognized as a Center of Excellence in providing the INTEC community with a wide range of reading and research materials. These are varied in collection and well supported by information seeking technologies and up-to-date sources of information.
