The Information Division or Unit Perkhidmatan Maklumat (UPM) interacts with the users to provide them information regarding to the products and services. The division is responsible for promoting and marketing activities held by the library. Other than that, customer relation division are responsible for​ :

• Handling customers inquiries including customer feedback and customer complaint
