The length of time for users to borrow the materials :

1. Books :

Student:

Diploma : 20 books 

Duration : 14 weeks

Staff:

Academic : 30 books

Duration : 28 days

​

Non-academic : 20 books

Duration : 28 days

​

2. Reference Books​​ :

​

Staff : 1 month

*Students are not allowed to taken out reference book from the library.

3. Renewal Sevices :

• Renewal is possible if the items are not reserved. Renewal can be done via  Web OPAC

• Reminder will be given by email, call and for the last reminder, for students, they are unable to graduate until they pay for the fees.

• Fine will be imposed for the overdue materials.​​

​

4. Returning Late Fee Penalty : 

• 1 book = RM 0.20 per day

• Method of payment = Cash
